Pretty much.

None of us knows exactly what happened, whose illegal gun it was (maybe one of the two people that got let go) or why the other people were let go. Each side of the argument will cherry pick whichever quotes they choose to make their side seem in the right.

It's really funny to see the little man get so frustrated when he doesn't get his way.

It's not ironic, and it's not only Bama either but it's just tiresome to read.

School has issues. Schools fans irrationally spin the issue to justify schools punishment. When it's all said and done it's about winning and that's it.

Just say that.dont ring up a bunch of bullshite about illegal searches. Just say, I want to win and I'm glad Saban is playing Robinson. I don't care what he does as long as he wins.

For all of the team vote jokes, Hill was suspended week 1 against TCU so there's that.

Yeah....typically you're all guilty unless someone starts fessing up.

I think the Baldwin (I believe) county PD having an open investigation on the stolen gun played a part in the DA dropping the charges.

You're acting like the cop totally made shite up. He smelled weed and there was weed. The guns were just extra. FYI, ANYONE who is in a closed public park at that time of night will get questioned by cops. There's a park where I grew up that was a known spot for teenagers to go to drink and do secks. That park saw a steady dose of officers checking things out.

It is you that doesnt know the law. Just like everyone else in here has said.

Well you call up your cajun DA and tell him he doesn't know the state law well and should have proceeded with the case. He apparently agrees with me. And nobody in this thread aside from one other corndog is spouting similar BS. The charges were dropped because of insufficient evidence...in other words, the evidence they had would be inadmissible in court because of the way it was obtained. Case closed, charges dropped, get ready for # 6. L6U butt-heart is at an all time climax.

Why do you want to punish kids that didn't do anything wrong? It's over. No charges. DWI.
