Aggy is a downvoting machine in this thread, though. Apparently yall take your contrived politeness very seriously.
Sure we do, why would we not? Football is just a game and it's fun as hell to watch on Saturdays and to support our team at home. When opposing fans come into town to watch a game, we're nice to them and to the football team because again football is just a game and we try to be gracious hosts. I have never really understood the desire to be a dick to opposing fans at a football game. If you define your life so much around the sport that it makes you violent or a complete jackass, then it's time to step away for a minute and re-evaluate your priorities in life.
Unlike most SEC fanbases, football could go away tomorrow (for that matter all sports could go away) and it wouldn't affect my love of the university because nothing in football is really all that important in the grand scheme of things. Muster, Silver Taps, and the myriad of other traditions at A&M that have nothing to do with sports are what define us as Ags. That Aggie ring opens doors all over the world and the Aggie Network of Former Students is second to none.
Y'all call us a cult and perhaps we are a bit cultish and single-minded at times, but I wouldn't have it any other way. That's who we are as Aggies. We take care of our own and we put a lot of value being good people in general.

LSU fans just completely start losing their shite.
We'll factor in Aggy sensitivity to adjust these descriptions accordingly. Certainly people talk tons of shite on this board, which I assume is your only experience with LSU fans on this topic, but your hyperbole makes me think you aren't speaking "in all seriousness."
I've said that I was impressed with Aggy fans staying until the clock shows all zeros, even when there is little to no hope of them winning. They do it better than most other schools I've been to or observed on TV, including LSU. It's a testament to your dedication.
As far as being the loudest, I've been to many stadiums louder, so if my disagreement meets your definition of the statements I quoted, you might be unglued from reality.
If other fans seem more passionate in their opinion, I suppose it's just them feeling a sense of pride (as you surely do) to how they as a fan impact the game.
When did you go to Kyle? The '12 game was at 11AM and no stadium is really rocking for those games. The last 2 games at BR and Kyle sucked atmosphere wise because they were played in the cold and rain. If an Aggie were to view Tiger Stadium's "atmosphere" by the '13 game they would think of a quiet stadium that was about 1/3rd empty because of the weather.
Beyond all of that, Kyle is essentially a new stadium this year with the renovations complete, the volume and atmosphere are vastly different from even last year. Everything about the design was around trapping noise and directing it at the field and bringing the fans 7 rows closer on both sides. It's now fully enclosed with overhangs on both sides designed to keep in the sound. We already had the largest student section and the stand in prime seats on the visiting team side.
Of course LSU does have this guy:

True about the 11am game. I was also at the Bama game in '13.
Tiger Stadium was rocking in '13 before the game got out of hand. Like I said, a huge knock on LSU is the leaving early, which folks in Kyle field simply don't do. It's a huge point of contention among LSU fans, as well as fans of other schools.
I'd love to get back there with the additions, but I will never spend Thanksgiving in College Station, so I might have to work in another Bama game with the wife.

And yes, you will never have T-Rex, which is unfortunate for you.

At this point I am ready for them to dump the TDay game. I liked it before the NFL started showing TDay night games, it used to be really the only thing on when we played. Now it is just one more game on the schedule that night. The timing is no big deal to me as my folks live in CS but I can see how it is a pain for others too.
LSU vs A&M should be an absolutely epic atmosphere at either place because you have 2 100k plus stadiums with fans that are over the top proud of their school but honestly the first 3 have been kind of flat due to schedule and weather.

Real world verification of A&M dickriding. Color me shocked.

Asking an LSU fan not to deflect is like asking a fish not to swim. Their school motto might as well be "OH YEAH? BUT WHAT ABOUT THIS?"

Being "unglued from reality" is a perfect description for your inability to comprehend what you read. I have not said Kyle Field is louder. I have seen other Aggies here say that, but I am assuming it is a bit tongue in cheek and I can't answer for that. As I said, if someone says that they have a loud stadium, it seems LSU fan interprets it as "our stadium is louder than yours".
Also, since when is being observant equal to being overly sensitive? I have ready through ten pages of the thread that has LSU fans really having a problem with anyone that proclaims that their stadium is loud. It is almost as though y'all are a bit insecure about it.

Seems to me it was more of a shot at Bama fans
Coach Saban can suck a lemon - I will be booing the Vols loud and proud in 24 hours. I'll offer a Vol fan a liquor shot in the stands if they're cool folks, but I will boo the hell out of Butch and his players when they hit the field.

The Great Dickriding of 2015 , Week One.
As I predicted last week:
As I predicted last week:
quote:
By the time you go to bed tomorrow night gentle readers, the shite-stirring and verbal reprisals between our most credentialed member Alabama, and our newest and eagerest member, Aggie will be over. Either Alabama or Aggie will emerge victorious. Who wins is not important. What is important, is that for the rest of the year, the two schools will engage in the greatest Dickriding campaign of 2015. Mutual admiration and respect will flow forth, the two will join hands and defend the honor of the other against all-comers, until the 2015 season is over. It will be a veritable mutual admiration society and an SEC love story for the ages. Regardless of who wins, let the Man-Love begin.

Your overly exaggerated description of responses makes it clear they hit a sore spot with you. Letting anonymous trolls get you to the point where you cannot rationally observe them makes you sensitive. You are also ignoring all context. Saban says something good about Kyle, and 20 responses from Aggy fans mention how classless LSU fans are. It was an entire thread of shite talking on both sides (as they always are), but since you're emotionally sensitive, you only responded based on the hurtful things LSU fans said.

Same reason I'll never go see us play in BR anytime soon. Thanksgiving with my parents, kids, sisters and their families > live football
I see lots of live football games each year. I only get thanksgiving with my entire family once a year.

Is it possible that Ag fans were too intimdated to boo after 59-0?
Posted on 10/23/15 at 2:16 pm to Old Sarge
It's on Saturday after Thanksgiving this year, but I know that's still part of the holiday time, and I agree I'd rather spend time with family.
Maybe in a few years when we don't travel to see family, and if the CS game is moved to Friday or Saturday, I can take the drive up from Houston. Hope that's the case.

They have the best and loudest stadium in the world guys.......their fans are nice, they respect the game, they never leave early......and they win about 50% of the time!
I like Aggies because now that Saban said this about their booing they interpreted it as the loudest.
Best in the world!!!!
