Except for NC's, has any HC ever had this kind of production in just one of the categories in their career -- much less at one school?
This is insane.
This is insane.

I'll believe it when I see it. And then I'll question it.

The Bear was able to take advantage of a lot of situations in his time but they've created rules to try to limit what Saban can do. He's found a way to use each one of those rules to his advantage and disadvantage everyone else. Jesus Christ.

Carroll had 2 NCs, 3 Heismans, 7 PAC 10 ships, and 14 first rounders in about half the time. Not trolling just giving an answer.

Pretty sure some of that was yanked.

Bryant had 6 national championships as voted by the polls, but he didn't do it in a span of 12 years, like Saban did. Bryant's first was 1961 and his last was 1979. Byrant also didn't do it by playoffs, but a playoff might actually have benefited his teams as well as not. 1966 comes to mind. Evidently that was a very good team.

that yanked, forfeited, or vacated games thing was totally arbitrary b.s. There will be worse than that in the coming years.

It is very impressive maybe next season he'll go 15-0 and beat a lot of top tens.

Coaches don't earn Heismans but yeah. Pretty remarkable. I do feel like the institutional support that Saban demanded to take the job and has received throughout his tenure there is overlooked a bit. I don't think he'd have been as successful just anywhere -- coaches need support from ADs and boosters just like even great athletes need coaches -- but he'd have still left a major mark on CFB.
But seeing as how he knows he's good and we know he's good and he's neither dead nor retired, IDK why we're wasting time praising a man that needs none.

I think Saban has broken every fanbase.

He would have thought he would do that when he was hired
