Think so? I'm trying to install tf2.2. I've used tf1.3 in the past and I can still downgrade to it and not have the issue. Which is probably what I will end up doing, but I really wanted to use tf2. My training machine still has tf1.3 on it.

I'm on python3.7 for the record and I installed it with pip.

I know an engineer at Deepmind and I usually would bug him over something like this. But they use linux, so I doubt he would be much help.
