Yes, but all those professional leagues have a 6 figure guaranteed base salary for EVERY player in the league.

The schools that figure out how to organize their booster/business community to fund a NIL team deal worth 5-10 million per year will recruit better than the schools that do not. All the NIL team deal does is guarantee pay to a 85-man roster spot. It's basically like a base salary. Star players can still sign individual deals.
