I coached high school ball 28 years and have been an administrator for six. If he gave kids prescription medication he should be jailed

Rush is the real life Bud Kilmer. Screw recruiting violations and sideline antics and even pocketing extra money, BUT If he’s passing out pain killers to kids...frick him! He deserves some legit arse kickings from parents AND some prison time.

Agree - that's a step beyond his typical issues.

Team Doctors do it, people are conflating the two.

Been that way for years.

Got to be sarcasm. You think it’s ok to dispense prescription drugs to a kid? The other stuff happens but giving a kid drugs.

It was pretty much proven after they fired him that most of the allegations against him were basically a witch hunt bc the new administration at Colquitt just didn't like him. It'll be funny to watch their program drop off the national scene without him, they weren't shite before Propst. People don't like him bc he has a harsh, brash personality and runs up the score on their shitty schools, but I've met few coaches in any sport at any level that genuinely care about all their players and help their players in all facets of their life and future as much as Propst does. Propst will put in as much effort helping out a 3rd stringer as he will a 5*

Meanwhile a coach like Josh Niblett who only cares about himself, his own image, and his own career gets a free pass just bc he talks about god and quotes bible verses Niblett won't give a player the time of day outside of practice unless they're a 5* or 4* bc those highly recruited prospects are the ones that make him look good. arse backwards

Serious question Bowl, this shooting up drugs stuff sounds pretty far outside of his normal MO right?

I remember that night when Joe McKnight and Curtis abused Propst on ESPN.

Lil La school spots huge Hoover(USAToday preseason #1?), at home, early lead, then runs the table the rest of the way..

Good times.

A DOCTOR actually went to school and is liable. A coach giving out pain killers is a damn shame and a joke. I highly doubt Propst looked into medical history and asked about reactions...it’s a miracle he didn’t kill a kid.

And Propst couldn’t land a job until Colquitt brought him to Moultrie. He won a lot of games, but little Kilmer can’t get out of his own way. He’s a liar, a cheater, and a sorry SOB, but he can win games. But he uses kids like bubble gum....he doesnt give a shite about a kid unless they get him media coverage. Watch the old Two-A-Days show when he was at Hoover....he deserved to have his arse beat regularly for the way he treated those kids. That was before he decided he was qualified to hand out pills to kids. I hope Colquitt prosecutes his sorry arse. He has no business every coaching again.

At the end of the day he is still considered an educator. If an educator is giving drugs to kids he should go to jail. If he was not dispensing drugs the district has enough on him to fire him.
