Is stomping the Tiger Eye offensive? I wouldn't allow my team to do it if I were coach but does it bother LSU fans?
Anyway, LSU and UF in this picture for the next 3 weeks or so.

Sure, it's worth a try.
Miami tried to start a brawl with LSU once. A couple of theirs left in stretchers.
I'd like to continue the tradition of beating football players on teams from Florida so bad they have to be carried off the field.

What they should be doing is working on that horrible offense they have. They could only muster up 19 points on offense against a horrible Missouri defense.

Why can't you just say, "Yes, we Tiger fans get upset and offended when opposing teams stomp on a painted area of our field"?

The song choice they picked to play in Tiger stadium for the pre-game makes sense and all (since it's Baton Rouge), but it just doesn't sound like the typical epic football pump-up music at all.

Our band has done a good job of regulating some teams in the past. Maybe it's time for that again.

Basically, this is what happened if you weren't there: The band did a show in the middle of the field, then we marched and played to the student section at the N end zone, while we were there the auburn kickers started warming up at the south end zone. Well, after we were done with the dance song, we played HEY and spelled out LSU, then we started marching to the south end zone, where the auburn kickers were. The crowd loved the show, but on top of that, they loved the fact they we were headed right toward the Auburn players. They started picking up their stuff and heading off the field. But we weren't stopping anytime soon, they couldn't get of the field in time. Then the front line in the L (woodwinds) let the kicker break ranks, then the second, the crowd booed cause the kicker broke ranks, but the last rank, baritones, shoved the guy a little bit, as he broke ranks, then the crowd went wild. After the whole band was off the field the kicker was close to the band and some band members where talking shite to the kicker like, "why don't you get off the field". Well, it turns out, a tuba shoves the kicker (the crowd loved this too and cheered much). The ESPN camera man got it on tape and it is all over TV. Checkout espn.com…go to college football, look for game highlights LSU vs Auburn and you will see the tuba shove him. Maybe even plays of the week, we hope. – ''Joey Herzog''
