-A targeting penalty in the second half no longer means no longer results in a player having to sit out the first half of the following game IF it is the player's first targeting penalty. Subsequent targeting penalties would result in having to sit out the first half of the following game. There is now also an appeals process for targeting penalties.

-Offensive pass interference is now only 10 yards.

-Teams may now get a free kick after a fair catch, like in the NFL.

-Two coaching challenges per game with a third if the first two are successful

Does this include challenges in court? Could make a difference…
