This is not the case at all in Southwest Texas but that is to be expected because more A&M & LSU grads clash here than probably anywhere else.

Sorry, but I wasn't really complaining just didn't agree with your assessment. I've criticized some other A&M posters in this thread so I don't know how I'm white knighting for them.

Well yeah, that's obviously different. My brother lives in Austin and now he fricking hates Texas. LSU played them in a bowl back in like 2002. So there's no legit rivalry reason to feel that way. It's to be expected that UT joining the conference would have more storyline to it to someone living there than to the LSU fanbase not living in UT country.

Maybe, I wasn't clear enough but I never meant to say that you were wrong about how it was in the past on this website. Just get tried of seeing each side trying to pin the other. Both fan bases have some really shitty posters that love to stir the pot.
