aTm aggies cant be trusted to handle their endowment, and would have no endowment had not the aggies long ago petitioned the Texas Government that aTm was a branch of UT

just like oregon reported for 1 year over $200M a few years ago
aggies are poor, but they probably stand around 10-15 in revenues ...
