What success have y’all had? Swimming? No one cares about that crap.
Most people (coaches) get fired for performance, which is a reflection of results not meeting expectations.
The outlier would be your previous coach who, while he performed well, had good results, and met most expectations…couldn’t keep his hands off his girl.
