What it does say is:

There's nothing in the article to refute the assertion from Miller's attorney. Further, I've seen nothing (please point me to it) that confirms Miller actually read the text from Miles prior to arriving on the scene.
You need some actual proof to charge people. For all we know, he was coming back to pick up his friend and had no clue there was a gun in the backseat or what the situation was. Y'all are assuming a conspiracy exists here that you can't prove. It's all conjecture lacking evidence.
What happened is a tragedy but the two people most responsible for that tragedy are already indicted and facing trial. Were this not involving a star player on Power 5 team, it wouldn't even be a story any of you would care about at all.

I haven't touched this topic since it started, but let's not be dumb enough to think today's DA's don't have something to do with this. The young man is Very fortunate he pulled the shite he did in 2023 and where he did. Hopefully he can get his shite together going forward.
