The federal judge admonished the SEC's legal team for offering no evidence to support this claim. Finebaum has strongly insinuated that the OM and TN athletic depts were clAiming there were texts but shockingly there were no texts included as supporting evidence. You're insisting on believing a fool's fairy tale (Sankey.)

If they cant back it up theyll lose and deserve to for being fools.

RJ Luis Jr., the 2025 Big East Player of the Year who signed multiple NBA contracts last year but did not play in any professional games, is eligible to play and practice with LSU through a temporary injunction signed by a Louisiana judge Wednesday. The injunction temporarily blocks the SEC from punishing the Tigers if Luis is added to their roster. Luis' attorney, Tony Clayton Jr., told ESPN that if Will Wade refuses to play the star guard, he will bring the LSU coach to court and ask a judge to hold him in "constructive contempt." Per Louisiana statute, a person who violates an injunction or restraining order can be fined up to $1,000 and imprisoned for up to six months.

Wade now has cover.

If RJ Luis is suing for damages based on SEC blocking LSU from rostering and paying him under the TRO. . .

Wouldn't that argument need to prove that LSU was indeed planning on rostering and playing him even if deemed ineligible by the SEC?

Otherwise, his case -- like Bediako's -- seems to simply argue that the entire NCAA/SEC rule against NBA draft + G League contract ending college eligibility is unfair.

Bama rostered a player via court injunction, was told to chill by the SEC, the local courts backed down and the player didn’t play, but in the modern era questions lingered.

Why are you lying?

LSU then doubled down by involving the SEC in the local court spectacle

Which legal action did lsu create against the sec in local courts?

Trying? Did you not witness sankey’s testimony?
