It's going to screw over some kids, but they can blame their fellow high school athletes for putting their hands out just for visits.
The kids getting $5k to just visit aren't going to be the ones paying for this.

The traditional model of fans paying for subscriptions has probably tanked and they're trying to make up lost revenue...due to the fact recruiting just isn't the fan focus like it was 10 years ago...thanks to unlimited transfers and destroying the February signing day that was almost a holiday for fans.
