New corners making their 3rd career start(first for Cox who blew the coverage on the long TD). I'm sure they didn't improve over the season leading into being ranked #2 and #7 in the SEC this year...

Yes, because our performance against the #121 rated rush defense in FCS is relevant to our performance against MSU a couple of weeks earlier. To put that in perspective, only two teams - New Mexico State in FBS and Moorehead State in FCS - gave up more YPG rushing than Western Carolina. That's out of 245 Division 1 schools. But yeah, his point was retarded.

I'm surprised you haven't mentioned that our returning starting QB, about whom we have been told for the past year can't throw for shite, had the best passing day of his career against you. And that, with the game on the line, was able to complete 6-8 passes for 66 yards (while rushing 3 times for 19 more) while driving his team 88 yards for the winning TD.

But of course, that point would be retarded too. Carry on.
