My English Bulldog lived to 14. We kept her weight down and fed her expensive dog food.

To be honest, it would be kind of a cool tradition if the football team got to feast on the hog mascot when it died (if it is not a health hazard).

Don't lump all LSU fans with a few idiots. I've always enjoyed all the live mascots. Sorry for your loss. It sucked when Mike died a few years back so we know what you are going through.
