You don't even know what the SEC has on Lane Kiffin. He is specifically named in the suit so cannot be good.

You’re missing the whole point. LSU is a premier program and school. You can’t just Willy nilly say and do anything you want. Everyone knows Lane loves to push the envelope for shock value, and it was cute at Ole Miss but it’s just so juvenile and childlike for the coach at a Top 10 program to behave this way.

The SEC is pissed bc they want to be the new governing body for college athletics & they have a narcissistic man-baby & corrupt LA politicians challenging them right out of the gate.

So how did lane kiffin infringe the SECs first amendment rights when they legally dont have any amendment rights as they aren't a person of.corporation but a voluntary organization

They added the LA Attorney General Liz Murrill looking for an injunction to prevent her from intervening with Thursday's meeting, something she hasn't considered doing.
The SEC lawyers are just flinging poo at this point.
