"He didn't make the rules. He's just taking advantage of them."

Welcome back.

Well Rev Share is only 6 months old. This is a new world. The contract could be binding. This is the test case.

Instead of signing NIL deals with collectives you are signing Rev Share deals with the school. Different deal there.

"He tried to warn everyone. When they didn't change the rule he just took advantage of it."

Just like NIL, TP are the rules ... I got no problem with faking injuries in such a way even that you don't get caught. Smart football these days.

I’ve been glued to the recruiting board and the Poli board on this LSU -centric website…..

And wow. It’s an LSU site in the secR too.

...and the rules say there isn't a damn thing wrong with leaving your playoff-bound team for a better team.

Also isn't a single rule prohibiting melting down and lying to yourself, so keep doing you, Rebels.

There is already legal precedent.
The athletes have the right to transfer. The universities and NCAA have already lost that battle.
The revenue sharing contracts are a legally dubious way to void athletes established right to transfer.
Those nontransfer clauses have absolutely no chance to survive a challenge

When Al Davis fired Kiffin from his Raiders' job, he said: "He's a con man and a liar." Looking back on it, Kiffin's fake injuries were just a part of his being a con man.
