Norwood singles in a 3rd run. Runners at the corners, none out bottom 6th. Pitching change for Xavier.

Whoop! The new pitcher balks in run #4. Bit of a ticky-tack call though.

ETA: and now he hits the batter...

ETA2: and then airmails a wild pitch to the back stop. 2nd & 3rd nobody out...

I love a good balk call

Eta: sarcasm. Bad call. But it's always nice to see runs on the board. Xavier seems to have only one pitcher.

Which loss was the most embarrassing so far today?

GSU 7 FSU 0?

Oregon 18 Clemson 1?

Jackson St 1 ULL 0?

GSU 7 FSU 0? never a surprise for FSU to lose in post season

Oregon 18 Clemson 1? - probably this one

Jackson St 1 ULL 0? Jackson State was in a bend but not break mode all day. ULL had plenty of opportunities but each time, JSU shut them down. Thoroughly enjoyed the game.

Turner singles in 2 more...

ETA: They've scored more runs this inning than in their 3 games in Hoover combined...

The College...hangin tough.

it was odd this season with CofC withdrawing from the SoCon for the Colonial whatever conference. odd fit. Monte's done an damn fine job with his team down the stretch.

25-9 since losing a tough 4-2 game to Carolina in Columbia.

Yeah, I know it definitely cost them a couple recruits this year. One of them being Josh Raegen, the kid out of Lexington. Regardless it looks like it's worked out for them so far.
