He should have went around the catcher, he is blocking the base line which is against the rules so you can go around the guy out of the base line in that case per rules.
I know catchers get away with blocking the plate, but when you are standing in the line of the runner the runner has the right to go outside the baseline.
But these jackazz umps would have called him out, but check out the rules, I seen it in a Braves game many years ago, if a player is blocking the base path you can create your own base path.
Good throw by Louisville player though.

and PS, I'm saying it was more legit b/c he didn't try to take out the catchers knees like the UL did with the UK player.
UL catcher was able brace himself for the hit.
UK player had an a-hole straight dive into his knees which in no was a real attempt at sliding.

I agree. It's just horseshite that it gets called against UK when it should've been called earlier tonight when they were trying to intentionally injure our player.
ETA: And don't even get me started on the replay where Gibson is running his cocksucker at UK players and spiking the baseball.
