The Egg bowl is a rivalry with a ton of emotion/hate in it.
But it's also rarely important in the grand scheme of college football or the SEC. I credit the egg bowl for having a high level of hatred in it. But I've watched the game a lot less often than I've watched NFL games on thanksgiving. Certainly less often than I've watched the Iron Bowl or Red River Shootout.

id add call me when one school marches on the grounds of the rival school with guns, or when you get into a legit brawl that ends the game. LINK
SC/Clemson isn't SEC, but when OP says that nothing compares to the egg bowl and its hate...I am going to disagree. We HATE clemson

A&M v tu another big rivalry game. Longhorns like to downplay it, but that is like Ole Miss claiming their annual game with Arkansas or LSU is more important than the Egg Bowl.
