4-0 number one in the country until we play Memphis the next week.

Seems weird seeing Georgia on the schedule.

Go 3-0 then lose to a decent but not great UGA then next week in typical WAOM fashion.

1-3

Entirely possible. Team could really be pretty good and still go 1-3.

I'm a gator fan and I hate to admit, but Florida State is probably better than most sec teams

Really only care about the SEC teams. Beating FSU would be a bonus but considering Dalvon Cook is the best running back in the country (sorry, LSU) and it's in Florida.... Me don't like.

No way Bama loses 3 straight and FSU is exponentially more talented than the Rebels, Ole Miss goes 2-2 but the dawgs play them tough.

More talented? Yes. Exponentially? That's a bit of a reach. We've attracted a pretty decent amount of talent with our all-you-can-eat cheddar bay biscuit program.

Having a good returning starting quarterback in the first game of the season could pay dividends. Florida State will be the favorite and rightfully so; but I wouldn't be shocked if we won.

Couldn't do it with three first round picks, won't do it with this bunch.
Great opening game, but tough to win it.

UGA has historically owned ole miss (32-12 record, winners of 10 straight [last loss was in donnan's first season]) but I've mentally prepared to lose this one.

At that point it's very possible eason is the starter, and he will still be VERY raw. Dunno yet what chubb's health will be, not sure what our WRs will be like at that point, first big road test under a whole new coaching staff, etc.

I'm super excited though because this will be a great litmus test for us.
