How did you like the pistol and the read option we ran with it? I have a good feeling it'll work with Masoli and Bolden if we continue it the rest of the year

I have always loved the pistol offense. Its the best of both worlds. It allows the quarterback to see the field better, but it also allows the running back to gain some momentum before taking a handoff.
The pistol would really harness the abilities of Masoli and Bolden.

i didn't see it but i like the pistol. Luckily we got the guy responsible for the nevada pistol offense working with our oline

I heart the pistol... it's hard to defend and it suits Masoli's skill set.
Plus, we've been getting burned on the read option all season (including the egg bowl last year), so I was thrilled we utilized it.
