He uses the ranking of the teams LSU played the week they played them, but uses the end-season ranking for Arkansas' opponents. Not sure if this is true for all of them, but Kansas State was not #11 when we played them. 
We all up in his head. Why don't you go ahead and research Arkansas' OOC history all the way to the 1800's? Then write a 2,000 word paper on the differences between the two football programs from early-era to modern-era.

Arky's OOC record is terrible!Arky played Tulsa,Okie Lite,Memphis,Wichita State and Northwestern State College.
They were afraid to schedule La. Tech because they regularly beat Arky State!
