Yea...I bet you get banned before Arkansas State ever beats anyone decent. A&M was in the past.

Probably because I have no clue wtf you are talking about when you reference a "ban bet".

Offered it 3 days ago. You claimed SWC in 60s and 70s was equal to SEC,yet SEC owned them in head to head matches during that time. Tulane was pretty much even if not ahead of SWC teams in those decades. Ou owened SWC teams during JFB's era.You accept the six month ban bet?

arky State wants to play Arky. Arky is afraid of ASU and La. Tech. Quit avoiding the ban bet proposal. Are you in?

It's in thread with you stating Arky is a Top 25 program all time. Boise State,Clemson and AZ State were good in weak conferences.I'm just pointing out facts! Bet?

Doesn't the Pac-10 have a winning record against the SEC the past 15 years or so?

EDIT: Past 14 years, PAC-12 has a winning record against the SEC. Using your logic, Pac-12 > SEC?

No! USC may have since they humiliated Arky twice. The rest don't. LSU has a 9 or 10 game win streak against PAC-12.

They pl;ay Washington this year.Booby never played a decent OOC schedule.

your above post includes Bowl Games, which are not part of an Out Of Conference schedule. Total fail on your part for all that hard work.

Yeah not really. Post less. TIA

VC, that is some very interesting info there but I would like to recognize one correction if I could. Arkansas beat Texas in the 2000 Cotton Bowl and they were ranked around 15th at the time so that puts our head to head record against them at 2 - 2 over the time period you are referencing.

Also it puts our record at .500 vs the top 25 if your other data is accurate. That's not too bad for that period in our history which includes some of our worse seasons since the 50's.

The LSU record is very impressive. You've done a good job of showing how much more success LSU has had than Arkansas the last 12 years.

It must be very aggrevating to you that LSU's success against other schools does not translate into victories against Arkansas. In fact, you may not be aware of this, but as crazy as it sounds,Arkansas has acutally beaten LSU 3 out of the last 5 times we've played. A shanked field goal in O/T kept it from being 4 out of 5.

How do you explain that?

Not sure if this is true for all of them, but Kansas State was not #11 when we played them.

totally false.....I used same criteria for both teams. You trying to say Kansas State was ranked higher than that? lol....

nice try. you actually lost the bowl game in 2000 (shocker) to UNLV.

I explain it like this, Ole Miss beat LSU two years in a row in 2008 and 2009.....and it got them the same that it has gotten arkansas by winning 3 out of 5.....zero SEC and National championships...and zero BCS Bowl wins. Also, I'll take 6 out of 9 and 12 out of 18 every day of the week. You do realize that arky was completely outclassed this past year, and LSU will be even better this coming year. Good luck on stopping LSU from going 7 out of 10 and 13 out of 19.

Yes but I bet you would rather take 6 out of 9 with Arkansas' wins coming at the beginning of that time period instead of in the most current matchups.

Back to the Cotton Bowl game. It was played on January 1st,2000. Most people would consider January 1st 2000 to be the first day of the year 2000.

So when you say "going back to 2000" that bowl game would be included in that time period.

If you wished to exclude that game in order to make the Arkansas record look worse, you should have said "starting with the 2000 season".

Okay, LSU has won 2 out of 3....same %......

are you that stupid really? no, they would not. That was the 1999 season. Wow.

again, normal people realize that when you say 2000 to now...that means the 2000 season until now...again...wow.

WOW, even your own people will probably correct you on this.

You haven't by any chance been drinking a lot of tap water lately have you?

You know that we (Arkansans) dump our sewage and industrial waste into the three rivers that run into your State.

Hey, but you know what they say, "One fan's sewage is another fan's drinking water"

Especially as it applies to Louisiana.
