Arkansas just spent 160 million to renovate our North End Zone and we went 4-20 the last two seasons.

Everyone else can do the upgrades if they wanted too.

Now, apply this logic to basketball. Several SEC schools need to spend some money on their BB arenas before doing anything more in football.

Vandy admin and board doesnt care about sports.
New stadium won't happen. They'd rather new dorms or academic buildings.

They're too stupid to spend money on football.

I like our stadium and what we've done to the area around it, but God damn I wish we had an on campus setup. I realize that will never happen and obviously isn't feasible at all.

No, they're not. They're smart enough to realize that academics is what keeps them at the dance. Without Vandy, the SEC's academic reputation would be even further dragged down by the West schools.

If we had an on-campus stadium, it would fundamentally alter the tailgating. I loved parking at the Morrison Memorial lot back in the day and just getting disgustingly drunk. People would lay out lines on their car hoods or go in the woods and nobody gave a frick. If tailgating was on campus, it would be much tamer.
