O for overachieved. Bama lost all three assistant coaches to head coach positions and all players but 3 to the NBA, G League, or transfer portal. Then Oats brought in transfers from Hofstra, Cal St. Fullerton, and N Dakota St, and all but one freshman rated 100 plus in all recruiting rankings. Oats has done a hell of a coaching job this year, and these players, none on draft boards, have played well enough to get us to a good seeding in the NCAA. Bama's season could easily have been a disaster.

B. Could have been better, but could have been worse. Still, it was a hell of a coaching job by Oats to have the season we did after losing so much.
