True. Difficult to acknowledge but just true.

I would rate Rice as the best college campus I’ve ever been on, and Arkansas as the worst.

You must have had to do something in Kimpel Hall.

If you rate Ole Miss and Bama over State you must suffer from total blindness.
Been to all three and State is way more beautiful than Bama. And by just a nudge over Ole Miss, who does have a very nice campus.
But Bama? Nowhere even close to the two Mississippi universities.

Lower tiers would include Florida, Tennessee and then LSU which would be the bottom of the barrel.

Kentucky has very scenic campus and definitely up there in the mix. Vandy is ok but smack dab in the city just kind makes it lackluster. Same with Texas being in the middle of a cesspool of a city.
I very much like MSU as well. I don't know if that is a confirmation. My favorite aunt got her Masters in Psychology from MSU. Maybe passed me over. The impact I mean.

Wut

I get everyone likes fighting about everything, but Alabamas campus is unimpeachable. It's main campus on the quad and right off is beautiful, old, well maintained, well laid out, historic and walkable. Anyone who doesn't find it beautiful hates the South and classical anything in general.

Of the ones I've been to in the B10, Indiana is probably my favorite and that actually shocked me. PSU is fine, but I like it mostly due to familiarity. Big Ten towns are legitimately way better than SEC towns, but the campuses are nowhere close in beauty.
I have an unhealthy affinity for Indiana because of the movie, Breaking Away.

The brutalist architecture of a good portion of our campus will not win any awards.

People conflate Starkville and MSU.

State certainly isn’t top tier, but is a lot closer to ole miss than it is Tennessee.

Haven't been to A&M or Kentucky.

I know I'm biased, but Alabama really does have the nicest campus. Your downvotes confirm this truth.

I didn't like Knoxville. Their campus is garbage, Looks like a communist compound. To be fair it was only for a basketball game. Before that it was for a 90's football game IIRC. Maybe it was a 2000's football game. They sucked then as well.

Don't name your own place. That seems to go without saying for most people.
