No, but I do have an opinion about your Mullen derangement sickness (MDS) that you suffer from and the fear and anxiety that comes along with it! IMO, it's so sad. Do you also have nightmares about clowns?

For some reason Georgia fans don’t like Mullen at UF . His first year at UF was better then Kirby’s first year at Georgia, so they maybe worried.
Think his second year at Florida will be as good as Kirby's?

No I don't, and you had better hope that it is not or God help the Georgia Bulldog fans!

Well, he has to play an actual rising East rather than two fired coaches, Vandy, SCAR and Kentucky before they were good.
The East is considerably better. That being said: I have a lot more faith in Mullen with talent than I do Kirby. So we'll have to see in a few years.
I can definitively say that neither will have a National Championship in the next three years.

Rhode dawg why don't you just chew on your fricking tail. Mullen has recruited quite well...considering he had to reestablish ties with Fla high school coaches.
Honest question....did McElwain damage the relationship? Did he do something that hurt the relationship?

Mullen's issue will be recruiting said talent. Mullen is certainly more experienced as a HC, but he's been coaching much longer.

Many schools didn't even return calls for the most part. IMG is a famous example of the school not even entertaining McElwain.
I can't remember specific reasons, but I just know they fricking hated the guy and sent their kids to other schools. Mullen has fixed a lot of relationships to those teams for the most part and is currently building pipelines. (This isn't an exaggeration, he has improved the relationships a lot.)

That sir, is an understatement!
I guess I am just amazed at the Florida fans thta say Mullen had a better first year at Florida than Kirby did at Georgia.
Hey, he (Mullen) had a GREAT first year at Florida. Kudos. It had to be an exciting year for you guys.

How worried are Georgia fans about their new cords?
Posted on 8/9/19 at 2:39 pm to Gatorbait2008
We don't have any new cords.
We should probably get some.

Didn't he? I'm not going to pretend I know the condition of Georgia's roster when Kirby took over. But Mullen went 10-3 overall, 4-0 on the road, and 2-1 against top 10 teams with a far from perfectly balanced roster, and a program whose S&C program had fallen way off under the previous regime.
He also took an offense that had ranked 100th or worse three years in a row in yards per play and finished 32nd nationally in that statistic.
I don't know that it's something worth arguing about because 1) I think both coaches are perfect fits for their respective schools and 2) Smart has since proven he knows what he's doing (23-6 and a CFP berth since his first year), but even with the orange and blue glasses off I think Mullen clearly did better in year 1 than Smart's year 1.

Meyer was an a-hole to our fans. Muschamp, Mac, and Mullen seem to be good with the fans here. That's all we care about. We don't give two craps if he insults overly sensitive Georgia fans.
