- Georgia and Bama in tier one
- LSU, Florida in tier two
- The rest, with USC and Auburn leading this group.
UT will likely have a 4 deep of
Marlin Lane
Jalen Hurd
Derrell Scott
J Pickett

UGA returns some damaged goods...I imagine both Gurley and Marshall will start off slowly this season, especially with a new OL blocking in front of them. AU (#1 last season in rushing O) lost Mason and UT lost Neal. Missouri (#2) lost Josey.
USC has also dealt with injury in the past and won't have the dynamic of Shaw running the ball anymore. Hopefully we will add a healthy Wilds and Carson as well as RS-Frosh Williams to Davis' stud contributions.
I see it as:
1) AU (in that Mahlzahn system)
2) Bama (typical)
3) Arkansas (only offense they have)
4) LSU (only offense they have)
5) USC
6) UGA
7-14) The Rest
Pretty much 2-6 is a toss-up.....

Sorry to disappoint you, but Gurley's 100% right now, and Marshall is running and cutting full speed already.

LSU> Florida
Bama Flroida
what about your players makes you think they are he beast?
Terrence Magee would have lead you team in yards, ypc, TDs
Kenny Hilliard would have led your team in Yards per cary, and TDs.
Fournette was the #1 player in the country, and plays a position that translates almost immediately.
Its not even close how much better Bama is than you. Their top 2 running backs had more rushing yards than your team. They have a running back that would be third on your team in Rushing yards on only 38 carries

Should we rank based on past proven production/experience, or simply on ability and potential? I'm thinking the latter......
While I think UGA has the best back in the conference (Gurley) I think either way you slice it Bama has the best group in the conference.

Why? Because of the fact that they were never as high as 2 in any previous season with Gurshall, and a better OL PLUS a better QB at the helm (they were 4th in 2007 and 2012)? Opposing defenses will stack the box against them this season and make Hutson Mason beat them in 2014, behind that shaky OL.
You don't see this???

Keep overlooking, good for us
Hansbourgh & Murphy both over 600 yards and 6.0 per carry while sharing the load with Josey. Not top 5 but better then 13th.
