Offense

1. Alabama
2. Auburn
3. Arkansas
4. South Carolina
5. Florida

Defense

1. Alabama
2. LSU
3. Florida
4. South Carolina
5. Arkansas

I'd give Alabama a slight edge over LSU considered we have the #1 scoring defense and the resurgence of Dareus and UpShaw.

I think Bama's offense is reverting back to last years, I'd put it 3rd or so...

FIFY

Bama gets plenty of pressure, sacks are a deceptive stat. Rushed throws that end up as INTs are better anyway...

Why scratch your head?

#1 Scoring defense

What's wrong with that assumption?

Me too. Every day the defense improves, the offense will get more vanilla. Granted, we shut it down in the second half against PSU and UF.
