I drove over for the 98-49 game and stayed the whole game. What a disaster. Ernest Shelton was unreal that game. He would laugh at the stuff he as throwing up was going in

Every possession he'd start with his head under the goal and just sprint to one corner or the other off a screen. I'm not sure I've ever seen anything like that.
I still think that was probably our best team under Gottfried.

I sat through that game as well. My gf's dad got us free tickets so I drove over from Starkville to meet him. That damn game, but yeah I really miss those years where you knew the bama game was going to be awesome.
