How can Bama benefit from the rain? We can't seem to hold on to a dry ball, so I can only imagine how many times we will fumble a wet ball.

Hate to hear that. I wanted to see a strength against strength game without any outside factors such as the weather playing a role.

Kicking game and turnovers will decide a sloppy game.

And since we currently have no IPF to practice in outta the elements & we've have been & will be practicing all week in the rain while UA practices in the relative comfort of their water fall laden indoor Taj Mahal of an IPF, I could see bad weather being an advantage to UGA...

Alabama...won't be able to throw it in the rain.
Don't know who'll benefit most, but don't see the rain adversely affecting Bama's passing game; heck, we haven't thrown it very well when it's been sunny/dry so don't see how the rain can make it much worse...

If y'all had Les Miles as HC, you would only get a "stiff dew" and not a torrential rainstorm.

Many of our biggest playmakers (floyd, jenkins, sony, imac, mitchell) build their games around speed, acceleration, cutting, or some combination of the above. A wet field with rain will only slow them down, which hurts us.
Meanwhile, bama's front 7 are giants and your offense is built around another giant in henry, so it's not like that is neutralized much. IMO.
