Errrrrrrr it was 1.5 out of a possible 100 ( ESPN RATING SYTEM ) 2nd lowest score ever.

yeah, they said who it was on college football final I think but I dont remember who it was either but I want to say that whoever it was also did so when playing us. I could have that part wrong though. It was 3 in the morning and I was delusionally tired.

ESPNs Total QB rating system came out in 2011, for the pros and college.

Probably hasn't caught on because it had Tebow ( Denver ) ranked ahead of Rogers ( Green Bay ) for the year 2011.
