If the guy who trained Andrew Luck, Cam, Johnny Football is high on Kincade...then he's one to watch for..

George Whitfield Jr. ?@georgewhitfield
Ole Miss QB recruit Divante Kincade is nicknamed #switchblade for 2 primary reasons this past spring/ summer during his @elite11 run.

George Whitfield Jr. ?@georgewhitfield
1st reason for Kincade earning the #switchblade monicker is his fearlessly competitive 'Dallas Skyline HS' - "whose next?" nature..

George Whitfield Jr. ?@georgewhitfield
The 2nd reason for Divante Kincade's nickname of #switchblade is his incredible versatility! Like all switchblades, he's dynamic & tough!

Sidenote:
Also said some good things about Cam Cameron on his twitter account

The fact that he coached number of QBs....And didnt single out anyone but this kid...

I think thats worth something. Remember there were 20+ kids who tried out for Elite 11.

But Cam Cameron won't be coaching him so he will suck.

Kincade is the sleeper of this class.

Just a shade over 6 feet tall, athletic, accurate passer, runs a read option spread in high school (what Freeze runs), has a winners attitude, comes from a high school powerhouse where he started for several years.

He could be a fricking monster of a QB in Freeze's offense if he stays healthy and develops.

He was a stud in high school, but I see a lot of Brunetti in him. TIFWIW.

Oh, I took it for what it's worth: the opinion of a State fan suffering from severe butthurt.

I hope he throws it better than Brunetti, and all signs point to that he can. He really could be perfect in this O. Time will tell though.

You are the only one saying that retarded, flaming shite. I simply stated that he could be very good in Freezes O. And that I would like to have his nickname...

Geez man Ill take the bait. Kincade played at the hgihest level of Texas high school ball, is a more polished passer, and is a pass first qb if youd bother to look at his numbers. He was also an elite 11. When was the last time MSU had an elite 11 qb? Jealousy is a Mother fricker i suppose.

PS I love Brunetti, he just wasnt a polished enough passer to play qb in the SEC, simple as that. And dont think for one second he wont have a role next year. BB is all class and by all accounts a great person and teammate.

I've actually come to enjoy when Brunetti comes in now. Much less worrying than early this past season and the year before. Pretty much always gets positive yardage even though teams know why he is coming in...

I'm eager to see what he is made of. The Buchanan vs. Kincade battle will be interesting.
