Assuming he wasn't picked up while i was puking my head off yesterday that is.

I wish the cardinals would put the money out for him but John Mozeliak has made it very clear that he is happy with fielding a starting rotation very heavy with young hard throwers. Although i wish the loss of Chris Carpenter would make him rethink that and try to keep another veteran arm.

St Louis has more than enough payroll and while im not sure what lohse is looking for in terms of years, i would think 4-6 years maybe, The loss of pujols at least made for 200M we dont have to worry about paying him.

I would say Angels, Dodgers, or Braves would be the first 3 to try and make a serious deal. Mariners trying to spend money as well.
