Nice tidbit on the averageness of returning starters on D from a program with next to no history of dominance on D outside of the 90's

It's what elite recruiting teams do.
Again, you ATM fans can "think what you want" but the clear fact remains all SEC champions were won based of teams full of depth.
Tell me honestly if you were to rank the SEC teams based on talent and depth, where would ATM be?

Who knows and who cares.
A&M offensive two deep is better than anyone's in the SEC except MAYBE Alabama. Our defensive talent and depth is decent. It's plenty to win the SEC this year.

A&M lost to Florida because it was Manziel's first game and we couldn't throw the ball very well yet. We lost to LSU because our kicker left four points on the field and Mike Evans had a gimmee catch bounce off his shoulder pads.
Those weren't depth losses anymore than LSU's loss to Bama was a depth loss.

Look, you can make any arugement you want, but just like you didn't answer my question as to where you would "honestly" rank ATM based on team talent and depth, you are simply wishful thinking....
History and facts are not on your side and the chances of JFF repeating with greater numbers what he did last year with KEY losses on O are far less than that of the "average" D you think you will field.
ATM is a good team. Not great.
Great teams win the SEC.. Not just good..

It's really hard to gauge how A & M will do in year 2 considering the offseason. That, and shite never turns out like you think in the SEC.
