It will likely come down to a governing body (NCAA or someone else) reviewing individual bank statements and players/families taxes to determine culpability.

A “class” doesn’t get you major NCAA penalties. Having a good year recruiting, historically just gets everybody to say “huh, they must be dirty cheaters!” and that’s pretty universal and existed before NIL and hasn’t changed. Everybody thinks everybody who recruits well is cheating unless it is their own team.

It’s never a class that earns a team the NCAA hammer, it’s almost always a specific player. If you want to be in the business of predicting who gets investigated or penalized, I think you’d be better off going to look at rumors swirling around deals for specific recruits rather than trying to guess based off recruiting rankings.

Except more often than not, this is proven to be true. It's even more true in TAMU's situation where they have accomplished absolutely nothing and all of a sudden can get a recruiting class that is not only historic but shits on Saban's Bama? Yeah, nothing wrong with that. You could at least try to hide it like the other universities do. You guys didn't and everyone knows it including the NCAA.

They certainly didn't come to TAMU to enjoy gay camaraderie celebrations and it sure as hell isn't TAMU's checkered past of achievements, tradition, or trophy case. That leaves 1 thing and that's money that was out in the open.

No, it's there you just can't spend it like you want. So back to the way it was on all the other's level that has obtained you jack shite in your trophy case. Your only advantage was money and Saban ratted you out because Saban gets what he wants.

TAMU knows once Texas is in the division they're back to little brother status. Tried to get away from them once to obtain relevance and now they back on you. Your window is gone.
