Texas A&M (68,426)

This is what happens when you consciously decide to become the Central Florida of Texas diploma mill school because of little brother syndrome (and counting students who don't even attend the College Station campus).

To wit: UT Austin's acceptance rate is 36 percent; aggy is 70 percent.

Then there is this:
quote:

As for legislative funding, both flagship institutions would receive the same amount under the House and Senate proposals for 2020-21 that they were given in the current two-year budget — nearly $840 million for UT and a little more than $860 million for A&M. Young said he plans to ask for an additional $55 million to raise A&M’s funding per student closer to UT’s. He said rising enrollment at the College Station campus has put it behind.

LINK

Well, gee, Mr. Aggy President, why don't you tighten your academic standards and send these unworthy kids to other aggy system schools, instead of getting caught up in some juvenile dick measuring contest?

IB4 KlineAggy claims the entire A&M System's portion of the oil money as belonging solely to College Station...

Where was that implied? And why are you so distraught?

Very interesting to see Alabama, South Carolina and UGA dueling it out for attendance money.

Blatent troll attempt and not remotely true.

So, both better than UGA...in "clientele"?

Neither of those schools need the "numbers" to fill up a cheap University in Athens to the point of implosion...while watering down higher educational standards in lieu of lottery money.

What? The standards to get in UGA have INCREASED expodentially since the lottery.

How in the world is "watering down higher education"?

No idea what type of point you're trying to make.

UGA was half the size 30 years ago and MUCH easier to get accepted.

Ladies and gentlemen. This is a prime example of an insecure post. You are allowed to troll this person for insecurity.

An Alabama "grad" has graced our presence.

What, pray tell, was your degree?

And you've yet to answer my question on how higher standards equals more "attendence money"

UGA could probably have 45k students minimum if they lowered standards just a little.

Nothing wrong with that.

I see they are still just "handing them out" in Tuscaloosa.

Tell your friends. Degrees in "Lesbian Dance Theory" for everyone.

A "College" education is a College education, apparently at UAT.

I graduated from South Carolina with a Bachelor's in Nursing and am a trauma nurse.

Haven't had a single patient complain about my "attendance money" ability to assist in saving their lives yet.

How is the University of Alabama "handing out degrees" negatively impacting your life?

Because, they would have already died or be unconscious, if in that particular situation.

No wonder why a single patient hasn't complained.

Quality over quantity.

Stop flooding the job market with these idiots.

It is amazing how many students that you are allowing to "feel special for a college degree" in order to put money into your pockets.

You do know Auburn has something like an 83% acceptance rate, yet only 29% of those accepted choose to attend Auburn. Most, apparently want to go to Alabama, Georgia
and South Carolina.
