Smith and Pitts should be the Heisman showdown while both of their QBs are still very good.

I can certainly get behind this.

Trask is better head to head against common opponents. One game is one game and he was barely better.

It doesn't matter if Bama is superior at everything. PFF grades individual players based off of their performance. Mac Jones on average throws receivers open more than Trask. Mac Jones on average completes more difficult throws than Trask. Mac Jones on average gets bailed out by his receivers less than Trask. That is literally what the PFF grade is evaluating, regardless of the talent surrounding the players.

Why am I shocked that LSU doesn’t have an O-lineman anywhere close

You trust PFF’s grading way more than I do. Have you seen who’s grading? Anthony Treash?? Yeah that’s a skeptical from me.

I know it doesn't work this way, but I wonder just how good his stats would be if he had just a netural C grade for the Arkansas game.

That’s fair, you would feel dumb if you knew who I was though. There is a reason I get inside info. Whatever you say my guy.

Qb efficiency rating vs common opponents:

OLE MISS T= 201.77. J=217.59
aTm T=195.03. J=250.88
MIZZOU T=169.94. J=189.65
uGA T=188.41. J= 219.46
Uk. T=194.09. j=166.34

Overall: Jones = 207.96. And Trask= 196.70

The kid from Arizona will be fully healed I assume? He looks like a stud.

Yeah Ringo will be healed. Hopefully he’ll be ready because he will need to be CB1 with Stokes and Campbell most likely gone. Maybe DJ Daniel sticks around for his 6th year in college.

CB2 will be between:

Tyrique Stevenson (would have to switch from Star)
Jalen Kimber (Sophomore with 0 meaningful snaps)
De’Jahn Warren (JUCO transfer)
Ameer Speed (Senior 0 meaningful snaps)

NT: Jalen Carter
DE: Travon Walker
DT: Nazir Stackhouse
OLB: Nolan Smith
OLB: Adam Anderson
MLB: Nakobe Dean
MLB: Quay Walker
LCB: Ringo
RCB: LOL
Star: Stevenson
SS: Chris Smith
FS: Lewis Cine

I’m super confident in every single guy on here except Ringo and whoever the other CB is. It’s the one thing that is keeping me from expecting 2021 to be “our year”

Technically efficiency ratings, I shouldn'thave labeled as QBR, but oh well.

And, I guess you missed Big Macs talented scamper and belly flop for a first down vs AU. Lol... it was ugly

Joe Burrow won that award, not the O-line. LSU had an average at best O-line last year. Damien Lewis was the highest graded LSU lineman last year at 76.7

Lewis and Cushenberry are both starting in the NFL as rookies. Is that also because of Burrow?

If you count info as giving me a list of opinions about your favorite player, than sure I think what's really happening is that you get so caught up in Trask's TD total (like many do), and you don't actually see how good an individual throw is.

Also, a true "insider" would know how PFF grades work
