The "Worth" of players is moving greatly with each year. This is assuming LSU pays full buyout which a lot of our insiders are saying we arent going to have to pay anything there potentially.
Either way, we just added a really good DE and took one away from you. Laugh all you want at the price, we went from a $5.5M roster to $18M roster to probably $30M-$40M roster this next season. This is an arms race.
A great pass rusher who is ALSO good against the run is going to be worth a lot, it's a premium position along with QB and LT. Just like the NFL.
As LSU fans we saw teams paying 7 figures for above average DTs in the spring portal window last year, so no, $1.5M doesnt sound like much for Princewill a year later and thats assuming the buyout even is paid.

He was such a liability that rebs wanted to sue him to keep him in oxford so stop it with the he’s not worth it now talk, he was a huge reason ur defense was good so take the L and move on
