Both head and ast. He is currently the assistant for the Celtics. Tenn Fans think he will be a better recruiter than Bruce Pearl was b/c he coached in the NBA.
NBA coaches don't make good transitions to the college game IMO.

You know, do we really want to have to deal with the same crap we had to deal with Houston Nutt and Sexton every year? As much as I think MA would be a great hire, I kinda think he would bring a lot of misery with him. This drama is everything as bad as we had to experience with Nutt each and every year till we got just like the Missouri guys now. Please sign or GTFO.

Sexton is good at what he does but if I was an AD, then I would probably refuse to sign or deal with him or any of his clients. He is a douche, a rich douche.
