Personally, I wouldn't want either Rick Barnes or Steve Alford. I think both are overrated.
I would however take Thad Matta in a heart beat.
Hell we should just hire the current Xavier coach. That place is a coaching factory.

According to Smithian the players are tore up. The players he mentioned were a walk on, a senior who won't even play next year, and Glenn Bryant.
