My beef was your assumption that a "Biden voter" did not support the guy. It was a railroaded pick brought on by a slumlord, turned governor....
We have some big problems in this country if some military general guy can't run the university of SC.

Admiral McRaven gave this statement to the New York Times.
“Honorable men and women make mistakes. It doesn’t make them less honorable. It just makes them human. I was terribly sorry to hear that (Bob Caslen) resigned. It is a loss for U.S.C.”

McRaven later said in a statement to NBC News that Caslen owed him no apology.
“Bob Caslen is one of the finest and most honorable officers with whom I ever served. I was flattered that he thought my words were worth repeating and he certainly doesn’t owe me an apology,” McRaven said.
Caslen's son points out the university of SC has a hostile culture which is true.
'Caslen said he told his dad for two years, his entire tenure, that he should “step down and stop putting himself through the relentless attacks on his character and legacy. The saddest of which came from faculty and alumni of @UofSC. He was libeled daily as a war criminal, a racist and abuse enabler.”

The people who have been hostile about this general from the start are far left 'woke' people.
As I pointed out, these same people voted for a noted plagiarist.
The governor is a graduate of the Uni of SC to include the law college. I'd be surprised if you have one degree from the university.
I never said UofSC is a military college. A school president is not a professor. You don't understand what the job involves.

Not going to get into the political aspect of this, but USC needs to get some new leadership. They do head scratching things all the time, and they are better than that.

military people are not educators
Your lack of awareness about what the military is and is not is astounding.
There are a wealth of high quality academics and educators throughout the military.
Furthermore, the President of the University is an administrator, not an educator within the faculty. He was well credentialed for the position. But, he had a rift with donors that he didn't overcome after a contentious selection process. That was his downfall. Too many people looking for any reason to get him out, and he provided them one.
