This has gotta be the most coonass obsessed thread yet! Half the other teams' members of this board don't take as much interest in their own team as the coonasses do in Alabama!

To be fair, it was Tua who said top 10-15.

That being said, the same standard shouldn’t be applied to those same players.

Even if they came back next year, all of those guys are not even remotely guaranteed a top 15 spot outside of Tua.

Thanks for the update.

Do you think the juniors announce soon or wait until the 20th?

I'd think soon, unless a few of them really haven't decided.

The Bama game just wrapped up and y’all have the most question marks regarding borderline juniors.

It’s a very relevant and debatable SEC topic. Calm your tits.

To not troll and give a rather non-bias opinion.....

Bama seems to have studied the LSU blueprint this year and will attempt to mimic that.

1. Keep QB experience
2. Keep every last defense player you can
3. Strengthen enough to stop getting slaughtered(defensively) on big plays so the offense can return fire.
4. Refine the running game.

I sense a coaching assistant hire in the offseason.

Hopefully all of them.

One of the softest groups I’ve watched in a while.

Jeudy would feast if paired with a healthy Stafford.

Defense has been steadily improving.

I’d love Najee as a later pick.

Burrow wasn’t getting drafted prior to this season. He wasn’t going anywhere.

Which defensive players came back for a senior year? No one who was a first rounder last year was retained and I couldn’t blame them at the time.

3. Strengthen enough to stop getting slaughtered(defensively) on big plays so the offense can return fire.

This is the worst defense talent wise Bama has had in a while. It’s also technically the weakest LSU has played under Aranda.

4. Refine the running game.

By refine, they need to get the running game more involved. We essentially turned our under center running game into an RPO, which Bama was already doing with Tua.

I don’t think they’ll fire anyone to make a significant enough assistant hire.

I believe that you’re not trying to troll, but outside of the last two, that wasn’t the LSU blueprint this year and Bama isn’t trying to copy it.
