There's more stuff our shitty coach did that Mullen will never pull off as a HC.

I have no explanation for the 0-8 SEC record last season,

not much you can say

but Auburn always has, and always will, have higher expectations than Mississippi State. It's much easier to hold a job there.

I agree with that. But expectations and results dont match up in sports nearly as often as fans hope they will.

Let me know when your LONG tenured coach actually accomplishes something then I will allow you to talk smack to me.

On 2nd thought, I dont agree with that

8 wins at State will keep you a job for 20 years

8 wins at Auburn? they are expecting more and about to put you on the hotseat

You just now realize state is one of the few teams in the SEC that accepts mediocrity?

That's what I meant. It's easier to hold one at Mississippi State.

True- but on the flipside- it's easier to win and recruit to Auburn- therefore should be just as easy in theory

... no shite, that's why we fired him (despite his 3-1 record against Mullen and MSU).

All flaming aside, State is stuck with a very average coach producing average teams with no real significant improvement on the horizon. Heading into year five of Mullen, and MSU is no closer to an SEC championship than it was when he showed up... he's treading water.

Permission not granted son. Remember when and only when MSU accomplishes something significant will I let you talk smack. If you need me to spell it out for you just copy and paste the previous sentence.

Auburn will be competitive in all but one or two games, with that being said, don't worry about it. Worry about your own team, unless you mad.
