LSUs schedule is set up better for the prep going into the matchup. Troy (get to see that offeense) then tuning up with North Texas, is much better tan USM abd Miss ST, which might cause a few hickups and no prep for the LSU style...IMO

way off on the Auburn record. We will beat you guys in our house with our refs. Same for UGA. WV is going to be close but we win it. I see West champs as Auburn. I hate to say it but BOOK IT. I love you guys but We beat LSU this year at Jordan Hare.

I just made my donation to the "keep it fair" fund for the AU-LSU refs this year. Only cost a C-note.

quote:so desirable? double negative makes a positive? obviously no team is desirable to play, but like in 07, the best team doesnt always make it to ATL, so i would classify an 07 tenn as desirable, given the alturnative (as previously stated)
NEVER undesirable

Mine went in several months ago. I may make an additional donation if LSU's quarterback looks good in practice this summer.

I am not donating as much. I figure since we didnt spend it on recruits, tubbs could sling some extra towards the fund.

I was just watching in my own words - les miles. It sounded like the LSU announcer on the last play of the AU game was saying that Byrd was interferred with as he was calling the play before screaming touchdown.
Did he really do that. Sounded like it and if so what the hell? Is he completely paranoid, making an excuse in case he didn't catch it or just an idiot?
Just wondering. I had never heard the LSU announcer call till now, but it was pathetic if he was calling non-existant interferrence as the play happened.

Will y'all have a QB by then?
9-3? I hope we do better than that. I'm ready to see this new offense and what their attitude will be.

UK = 7-5 The schedule is favorable for it.
I know who we lost, but the defense was much improved last season, and returns 10 starters. In addition, the whole offensive line and running back corps returns.
Not being a dumbass, but look for the GA game at Commonwealth to be a trap game. We get GA in this order - LSU - Florida - UK - Auburn. We are positioned pretty well there to catch them banged up and/or looking ahaed.
We also get Arkansas at Commonwealth, and I think that's a very winnable game.

You are exactly right and I have made that point before also. A stretch of LSU, UF, UK, AU all away from Athens and UK right between UF and AU. Perfect trap game. If you guys had not beaten LSU last year it would be even better.

you guys already drop off your "donation" for the ref fund/ LSU game? Mine was put in the mail last week !

LSU TexasTiger ..
<<so desirable? double negative makes a positive?>>
There's nothing wrong with a double negative in the
English language, especially when being used in a "dependent" prepostional phrase.
Stop trying to point out something you have no clue about.
And.......... <<alturnative>> ????

I'll take a stab at it:
SEC East:
UF 10-2
UGA 9-3 TOUGH road schedule gets the best of them
TENN 7-5
So. Car 7-5
UK 6-6
Vandy 4-8
SEC West:
LSU 10-2
Auburn 9-3
Bama 7-5
Ark 5-7
Miss St 4-8 Their fortune last year was a fluke
Ole Miss 3-9 Sad...Just Sad
