I'm optimistic and will go with 9-3. Anything more would just be icing on the cake.

If Jimbo does not let Petrino run the offense then I'm less optimistic.

Why even ask this question? You already know what you are going to get. A bunch of sidewalk and Steven circle jerking.

How good is your oline? Most will depend on that.

I don't think 9-3 is unrealistic if the Petrino experiment works out, but that's a big if IMO.

We always have an A&M only prediction thread, except this one is too early for me. I will have me prediction before the first game, but after fall practice.

It should be good. Youth and injuries hurt us last season. With experience and hopeful good health and improved play from Weigman, we should have one of the better Olines in the league.

I don’t know how good the OL will be, but I know it can’t be as bad as last year

I agree about how a lot will depend on Petrino. He is an offensive genius but will Jimbo let him truly run things?

The SEC will be tough as usual. Alabama, LSU, Tennessee, and Mississippi will be no picnic.

Jimbo gets canned after the Tennessee game when they're sitting at 2-5

It was hard to watch at times last season but I believe it will be better. Most of what I've heard has been positive.

They seem to have finally gelled in the LSU game. Plus, some previously injured players are going to be back, so I'm cautiously optimistic.

He and Bo Pelini would be unstoppable.
