You sure that was louder than when we yelled at the LSU band? Those hippies seemed pretty fired up.

Well home wasnt a qualifier and that home rush was fairly recent

We have the rush the field thread every off season.

UF is the only one I dont know for a fact that has not rushed, but seem to recollect in one of the threads where someone said there was a time or two when a field rush happened

I think a few Alabama fans rushed the field at an away game in like the 1980's and that is it. Auburn on the other hand seems to now be set on rushing the field every time they beat Alabama at home. So while outliers can always be referenced to make arguments, a current trend exists with Auburn that simply does not exist with (most) of the other Big 6 schools.

Auburn fans have rushed the field en masse the last two times they beat Alabama at home. I would argue that has become a current trend. In fact, Auburn hasn't beaten Alabama at home in more than a decade WITHOUT rushing the field. What other schools in the Big 6 have current, multi-year field rushing streaks at home against specific teams they beat? Pretty sure that list has one school on it but I could certainly be wrong.

nope...

Well, what point are you trying to argue here?

two times does not equate every time

Way to cherry pick your stat to fit the argument

I am not arguing anything, just saying your statement is incorrect

I stand by my stance that we are experiencing a current trend with Auburn fans rushing the field after beating Bama at home. If you look back at my tense in the original statement, I said that Auburn "seems to now be set" on this trend. I wasn't talking about past decades. We'll just have to agree to disagree there.

Well, you can say that all you want but what I said was a fact, so....

FTR, I don't believe we would rush the field at Sanford if we beat Bama.

...and in 2027 we'll have a chance to test that theory

twice does not make a trend

Is it considered a fact if you just made it up and its not correct?

The flea flicker was the craziest moment for me. Never thought Chaney would have the balls to do that on the 1st play.

Wasn’t our home field, but Swift’s run to seal the SECCG was loud as shite for being a neutral site game.

Look, I know you like to play this game where you disagree with something in a vague manner and hope a poster digs themselves a hole, while protecting yourself by never making any points of substance that can be disputed. But let's move past that shall we? I've already shown how you put words in my mouth in an attempt to argue against a point I never made. Then I showed everyone how we have a current trend towards Auburn rushing the field when they beat Bama at home. Why don't you just say what you think was incorrect about that other point and then I can show everyone where you're wrong there as well? Otherwise I think we can all just assume you are conceding that point as well.

What?

Are you that dense? I have already shown you what you said that was incorrect.

In the Big 6? Yes.[Auburn only to rush field]
Wrong

quote:

Auburn on the other hand seems to now be set on rushing the field every time they beat Alabama at home

laughably wrong

quote:

I think a few Alabama fans rushed the field at an away game in like the 1980's and that is it.

wrong

Does repeating these help you out

The hail mary to beat Tennessee. Not much else to get loud and excited about.
All-time would have to be the Cock Block.
