Sunday Ticket is much more important to me
Not trying to be a dick, but can someone explain the attraction to Sunday ticket for me? I almost feel like I get too much NFL coverage as it is. Personally after watching football all day and night on Saturday, once I watch my Chiefs on Sunday I feel like I should probably get off the couch for a few minutes. Plus college football>pro.

I don't know how it is for you, but I would never see a Tampa Bay game if I didn't have Sunday Ticket. Unless they are playing a more local team (Falcons or the Panthers). Plus being a Fantasy player it's a godsend.

Ah Ok. I forget what it's like to live "out of market". I guess it's good for you folks. I can't figure out why the NFL still hasn't come out with something similar to what baseball has with MLB.tv.

Does if count if I switched a year ago because Direct didn't carry CST for LSU baseball, but Dish did.

I haven't heard about this. Please explain further.
I'm ready to cut the cord but the sports hole would be massive.

Apparently the companies negotiate at different times. Dish has complete their negotiations of course, Direct TV has recently began theirs with the SEC Network.
I look for them to have it.

Comcast has the RedZone. I really enjoy that. I am much more of a college guy. I rarely sit and watch an entire NFL game. I love the RedZone because it is constantly switching from game to game when teams are in the scoring zone. If no team is close, they just go from game to game. It's also commercial free.

I wish I had control over my cable provider. My dorm at Mizzou will have what they have and I dont get the choice.
Hopefully the fraternity I pledge at has a provider that will carry the SECn

Will DIRECTV carry the SEC Network?
We strongly believe every SEC fan should have access to the SEC Network on DIRECTV and customers can rest assured that is our goal as we continue our discussions with the owners of the channel. Contract talks happen on a different timetable with each TV provider, so unlike our competitors, we have really just begun our discussions and hope to have an update on status as we move closer to the network’s launch in August.

Have Redzone on Charter and it is awesome! At the end of the day if the late games don't run over they show every touchdown from every game. Might sound silly to some but I just love that shite!

I have TWC now and have no problem with changing to UVerse, but I'm gonna wait to Aug 1.
